When you use Spark, Nexitic Ventures, LLC collects the necessary information required to operate our post scheduling and marketing launchpad:

• Account Information: Your email address and authentication credentials.
• Connected Social Accounts (X/Twitter): OAuth tokens, usernames, and profile identifiers required to publish scheduled posts on your behalf. All access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
• Draft & Published Content: Post text, media, and scheduling preferences stored securely in your database.
• Payment Details: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including:

• Publishing your scheduled posts via the official X API according to your chosen calendar.
• Processing your subscription payments and managing invoices.
• Providing reliability analytics and status notifications regarding your queue.

3. Data Security & Storage

Security is our highest priority. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS. Row Level Security (RLS) ensures that only your authenticated user account can view and edit your posts and metrics.
